Shipping Policy


We ship only in the 48 contiguous United States by means of United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS.) Our policy is as follows:



All merchandise will be packaged to ensure its safe arrival to you.  In stock merchandise will be shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase. Custom orders, which can take up to six weeks to complete, will be shipped after completion according to the contract.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are carrier’s calculated rates based on customer address, order weight product dimensions. Over charged shipping rate will be refunded.

  • First Class Mail (ESTIMATED 1-3 DAYS, $)
  • First Class Package (1-3 DAYS, $)
  • Parcel select Ground (Weight up to 70 lbs.,2-8 DAYS, $)
  • Priority Mail (1-3 DAYS, $$)
  • Priority Mail Express (1-2 DAYS OR OVERNIGHT, $$$)

 Shipping to Third Party

Blackscape Studio accept orders with billing addresses different from the shipping addresses, if the billing address matches the address on your credit card, and both addresses are located in the United States.  Note, however, that Blackscape Studio reserves the right to choose not to process and ship any order at our discretion.

Expedited Shipping

Should you require faster shipment, United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) have options and must be selected at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Custom orders, which require up to 6 weeks to complete, will be processed after completion according to the contract.  Orders placed on non-business days (holidays or closed days) will be processed on the next business day (holidays and closed days will delay your shipment until the next business day.)  We are closed on Sunday and Monday.

Tracking Orders & History

When your order is processed, an email notice is sent to you with the tracking number.  You can view the status of your order by clicking the link in your shipping notification email.  Please note that tracking information may not be available for up to 24 business hours after the order has been shipped.

Time in Transit

The actual time in transit will vary by the day of the week, the time your order is placed and the shipping service you chose.  Mail service can take 3-5 business days for delivery so please be patient.  We are not responsible for shippers’ service delays. 

Lost Claims

If the shipment is lost, contact Customer Service at the carrier shown in your shipping notification email.

On-Line Local Pickup

On-line local orders for pick up may require 1-2 business days processing time from the time of purchase.  Should you require a faster pick-up, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your need. Keep in mind we are closed on Sunday and Monday, so orders placed during these two days will be ready for pick up by Thursday.

On-line Local Pickup Instructions:

  • At checkout use your address in the shipping section.
  • At the Apartment, Suite, etc. (optional) box WRITE “On-Line Local Pick-up”.
  • An email notice is sent when your order is ready for pickup.
