Blackscape Studio Limited, hereby warrant that the merchandise designed are free from defects in materials and workmanship and conform with our standards of quality for a period of 90 days, from the date of purchase.
The warranty is subject to the provisions that some natural variations occurring in glass and concrete are inherent to their character and not considered defects.
Blackscape Studio warranty shall not apply to scratches, normal wear and tear, or in the event merchandise is damaged as a result of misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or improper maintenance. Blackscape Studio warranty shall not apply due to damage as a result of carrier neglect.
Merchandise repairs are not an option for broken concrete pavers, porcelain tiles, or chipped glass.
EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, RETURNS
Merchandise exchange is an option if you are not satisfied with your merchandise or if a defect is due to material or design. We will exchange your merchandise, within 30 days, of purchase. As each product is one of a kind, this warranty will cover only a similar design and color and does not guarantee exact design, pattern, or color of original item.
Merchandise refund is an option if you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise; we will refund your money upon return of the merchandise, within 30 days from the date of purchase and in the condition at the time of purchase.
Merchandise refund is not an option if merchandise damage is a result of carrier negligence. If merchandise damage is a result of carrier neglect, please contact Customer Service at the carrier shown in your shipping notification.
No merchandise will be accepted for exchange or refund without prior approval.
Shipping charges covering exchanged or returned merchandise will be covered by Blackscape Studio only if such merchandise is proven to be defective as a result of materials or workmanship.
Shipping charges covering exchanged or returned merchandise will be paid by the customer if merchandise warranty is void as a result of customer misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or improper maintenance.
STANDARDS OF QUALITY
Mosaic pavers and porcelain tiles are designed with natural and manmade art glass, glass gems and natural stone which has a unique set of properties when used together result in a unique design. Art glass has been tried and tested and can withstand the outdoor elements resulting in reliable and long-lasting merchandise.
Each concrete paver and porcelain tile is inspected to ensuring that it is clean and free of defects; prior to production. Each base is primed or pre-sealed to ensure a quality adhesive and acceptance of additional design elements. Each product is produced to ensure the upmost safety to the customer.
All merchandise will be packaged to ensure its safe arrival to you. In stock merchandise will be shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase. Custom orders, which can take up to six weeks to complete, will be shipped after completion.

You may pay for your orders with major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover® Card and Diners Club.
Personal checks, cashier's checks, and money orders are not accepted for internet purchases at this time.
Generally, credit and debit cards are not charged until we ship merchandise to you, at which time you will be charged for your goods and shipping fees.
At checkout, carefully provide your exact name and billing address that is on your credit card statement along with your telephone number. Any incorrect information can cause a delay in processing your order. We also may need to verify the billing address and credit card owner for orders that have a delivery address that is different from its billing address.
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
Choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Blackscape Studio collects sales taxes only for in Colorado purchases, based on your Colorado county sales tax rates.
Purchases from all other states, other than Colorado, will not be subject to sales tax.
We ship only in the 48 contiguous United States by means of United States Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express (FedEx.) Our policy is as follows:
Shipping rates are based on order total weight. Over charged shipping rate will be refunded.
Blackscape Studio provides shipping through USPS Priority Mail with an estimated 2-3 days delivery after pickup. Expedite service is provided by USPS Priority Mail Express or FedEx Standard Overnight each with next day delivery.
SHIPPING TO THIRD PARTY
Blackscape Studio accept orders with billing addresses different from the shipping addresses, as long as the billing address matches the address on your credit card, and both addresses are located in the United States. Note, however, that Blackscape Studio reserves the right to choose not to process and ship any order at our discretion.
Should you require faster shipment, USPS Priority Express and Federal Express Standard overnight shipping is an option and must be selected at checkout.
Free shipping promotions are occasionally offered for orders with total weight over 100 lbs. Qualifying orders will be shipped to you free by USPS Priority Mail. Expedite service, USPS Priority Express or FedEx Standard overnight, is excluded from free shipping promotions.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Custom orders, which require up to 6 weeks to complete, will be processed after completion. Orders placed on non-business days (holidays or closed days) will be processed on the next business day (holidays and closed days will delay your shipment until the next business day.) We are closed on Sunday and Monday.
TRACKING ORDERS & HISTORY
When your order is processed, an email notice is sent to you with the tracking number. You can view the status of your order by clicking the link in your shipping notification email. Please note that tracking information may not be available for up to 24 business hours after the order has been shipped.
TIME IN TRANSIT
The actual time in transit will vary by the day of the week, the time your order is placed and the shipping service you chose. Mail service can take 3-5 business days for delivery so please be patient. We are not responsible for shippers’ service delays.
If the shipment is lost, contact Customer Service at the carrier shown in your shipping notification email.
ON-LINE LOCAL PICKUP
On-line orders for pick up may require 1-2 business days processing time from the time of purchase. Should you require a faster pick-up, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your need. Keep in mind we are closed on Sunday and Monday, so orders placed during these two days will be ready for pick up Wednesday.
On-line Local Pickup Instructions:
- At checkout use your address in the shipping section.
- Select the free “Local in Colorado” shipping option.
- An email notice is sent when your order is ready for pickup.
